About Adi Ojha
Prior to commencing at Barry Plant, Adi worked as a chef and learnt the importance of effective communication, attention to detail, customer service and teamwork. Adi understands that communication is the best way to create strong relationships. He communicates with authenticity. Adi speaks fluent English, Nepali, Hindi and Urdu which has given him the ability to build long lasting relationships with a range of clients
With a fresh approach to real estate, Adi is an aspiring individual who is determined to learn and grow within our sales department.
As a Sales consultant, Adi believes in conducting himself in an honest, genuine and respectful manner. Adi understands that buying and selling can be an emotional and overwhelming experience for many people, and aims to make the sales process a positive and smooth transaction for all involved.
‘Listen with curiosity, ‘Speak with honesty’ and ‘Act with Integrity’’ is Adi’s mantra. Adi’s humour, interest in people, and deeply grounded morals make him a perfect addition to the Barry Plant Bendigo team.
When he is not at work, Adi spends his time with family, reading books, cycling, gardening, community volunteering and of course, cooking.
